Assignment can be flexible if you are only interested in working one day each weekend

Cleaners: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Substitutes: Avon Central School is hiring for cleaning staff. 4-8 hour shifts as needed (willing to be flexible). Avon schools are located right in the Village of Avon, less than 30 minutes from Rochester. 

Starting salary is $15.00 an hour.
 

Non-Certified Substitute Teachers

Non-certified individuals may qualify to substitute teach for up to 40 days per year, and may also qualify to serve as daily substitutes for a variety of aide assignments or clerical substitutes. Pay rate is $115 per day.

NY State Certified Substitute Teachers

Avon Central Schools is looking for qualified substitute teachers.  Three subs may be assigned as daily building subs for the  school year, to be paid at the per diem rate. Others may be added to the list of approved substitute teachers for per diem assignments. Pay rate for certified subs is $140 per day; retired teacher rate is $150 per day; Retiree sub for more than 20 consecutive or dedicated days is $210 per day.
