Job Description

AVON CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT HAS AN ANTICIPATED VACANCY  FOR A PHYS ED/HEALTH  LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE TEACHER. Beginning October 16, 2024 through the remainder of the 2024-25 school year. 

Candidates should possess a broad set of effective teaching and learning skills to engage learners of all levels. 

Avon Central School District is the center of learning for approximately 950 students from Universal Pre-K through grade 12. Located in northern Livingston County, the district combines the benefits of a tight-knit rural community with proximity to the technology and cultural opportunities of Rochester, New York, just 20 miles to the north.

Job Qualifications

New York State Teaching Certification is required.
